Some companies went remote during COVID and have pulled back. Confirm the permanence of the remote arrangement in writing if possible.

4. 'What technology do you provide?'
Does the company provide a computer, headset, and other equipment? Or do you need to supply your own?

7. 'How is performance evaluated?'
What metrics are tracked? How often are performance reviews? How do raises work?

Can you move from staff nurse to lead nurse, supervisor, or manager? What's the typical timeline?
9. 'What do nurses who leave this role typically cite as reasons for leaving?'
